In Person Searches 

To promote fairness in scheduling and minimize no-shows, searchers are limited to booking only one (1) consecutive hour. If you attempt to schedule a two (2) hour block, the last appointment will be canceled. Similarly, if you book two appointments on the same day at different times, the later appointment will be canceled.

Appointments are available in one-hour increments throughout the morning and afternoon on workdays. If you find that there is no availability, please check back later.

All individuals seeking to search records must comply with the following guidelines:

Failure to arrive within your scheduled appointment window will result in cancellation. Late arrivals will still be subject to the originally selected time slot.

No food or drinks are allowed in the computer areas.

Cell phone use and photography are strictly prohibited - NO EXCEPTIONS. Anyone found violating this policy may be asked to leave.

If you intend to purchase copies, please be aware that the cost is $3.00 per page.

The Surrogate reserves the right to modify or suspend this policy at any time. Non-compliance with these guidelines may result in the loss of privileges or potential revisions to the policy.
